Received confirmation that my art piece entitled "Ascendance" was judged to be the winner for the 22nd Annual Congressional Art Competition "Artistic Discovery" for Pennsylvania's Congressional District 11.

I'll be going to Washington D.C. with my family for the opening ceremonies on June 24th. The trip is being sponsored by Times-Shamrock the owner/publisher of the Scranton Times, as well as several other newspapers and radio stations in my area.
